Every request begins with an assessment. Depending on the service, we may need to consider the item’s construction and condition, available parts or materials, equipment access, project scale, and the result the work is likely to provide.
Not every item or idea will be a practical fit. If a repair is unlikely to hold, a replacement part cannot be sourced, or a developing service cannot yet meet your expectations, we will explain the limitation before accepting the work.

Key Copies
Standard house and mailbox keys can usually be copied while you wait. Bring the original key so we can confirm that we carry the correct blank.
Watch Batteries
Watch batteries are normally replaced by the next day. We do not service rechargeable watches or perform mechanical watch repairs.
Pillow & Cushion Covers
We make replacement covers for suitable pillows and cushions using fabric provided by the customer. Bring the existing cover or cushion so we can assess its construction and determine what is required.
Riding Boots & Horse Bridles
We assess suitable riding boots, bridles, and related leather equipment for stitching, hardware, strap, and other practical repairs. Acceptance depends on the item’s condition and the work required.
Duffel Bags & Backpacks
Suitable duffel bags and backpacks may be repaired when their construction allows access to the damaged area. We assess zippers, seams, straps, linings, and hardware before accepting the work.
Limited Luggage Repair
We offer limited repairs on suitable luggage and carry-on bags. Replacement wheels, handles, and structural parts are often unavailable, so each item must be examined before we can confirm whether a practical repair is possible.
Heat Press
Heat-applied names, lettering, and suitable designs are available selectively for small projects. The item, material, placement, and transfer method must be reviewed before we accept the work.
Sublimation
Sublimation is available selectively for small personalized projects made with suitable materials and surfaces. Some requests may require testing, research, or additional preparation time.
Gold Plating
Gold plating is available selectively for suitable jewelry, handbag hardware, and other small metal pieces. Each item must be examined to determine whether its material, finish, and condition are appropriate for the process.
