I had a stuck zipper on my suitcase. I called the shop and was told to bring in the luggage. The gentleman who helped me was thoughtful and considerate. He manipulated and fixed the zipper fairly quickly. When I asked him what I owe him he said – I did it real quick no charge. He not only fixed it but also brought the suitcase outside and put it into my car. This was greatly appreciated since I use a walker.
What a rare experience in these times/ He has a lot of services available from making keys to clothing alterations. It is with great pleasure to write this review and strongly recommend this business.
