Very pleasant customer service along with professionalism in their craft. They also do monograms perfect for bathrooms gift giving. You can either but the robes there or take your favorite and for a very reasonable amount they will do the monograms. Perfect for adults teen and children items

SHOE REPAIR

A customer described the repair process for a favorite pair of sandals and shared the explanation provided about removing old glue before regluing the soles.
It was nice, I’ll let you know more when I pick up my shoes.
I just don’t like the way the man at the counter rips the sole from the shoe….but then he explained how he has to get rid of the old glue to put fresh glue down & then the show will last vs’ just gluing one or two spots & I will be back. $25.00 for a pair if sandals I love.
Try not to let your shoes sit in the closet….wear them or they will become dry rot….js…..🙄😔
I should’ve taken a before & after pic. I will with Hubbys’ shoes. They won’t just fix one shoe…..sole is flopping off of 1 not the other. Sorry so lengthy…..update will follow

One of my bridesmaids got her dress altered at Hem Over Heels, and it came out flawless! We walked right in and they immediately got to work and made the dress PERFECT!
They are kind and helpful. 5 stars isn't even enough!

A bride described having her wedding-dress alterations completed in one week and praised the helpful service, clear follow-up period, and finished work.
I needed some alterations for my wedding which is in October so I made an appt to come at the end of August so there was PLENTY of time. Which was totally unnecessary because it only took her one week to finish! I didn’t need too much done, but still that’s amazing I was expecting much longer. And you have a week after receiving it to go back if there are any issues, not that there was any!
Everyone was nice and helpful and it was quick and easy and a fair price too. Definitely recommend getting anything done here, I was nervous to trust just anyone with my wedding dress but she was awesome!

I am getting married in early September and i booked a dress fitting in the end of July. They got me in quickly and told me my dress would take 2 weeks. They had it finished in the time they said even though it was very intricate lace work.
I am so happy with the job they did and the care they took with my wedding dress.
They were also very reasonably priced and charged me way less than the bridal shop was going to charge me. I highly recommend!!

I brought a gown in to be hemmed. After it was done I felt it was still too long. They were so accommodating and for no additional charge they took the dress up another inch. I was very happy with the dress and their level of service.

BOOT REPAIR

Josh was a great help asww creatively figured out how to remove a buckle on a pair of boots. After a few exchange of ideas, we came up with a (hopeful) solution. I'll find out Monday when I pick them up. Thanks Josh!

PROM ALTERATIONS

AMAZING!! I brought in my prom dress to get altered and they were super nice and accommodating. It took only a week and they even threw in a mask made of leftover fabric for free. In my opinion, it is fairly priced for the quality work and turnaround time.

5 yo Granddaughter had new off-white patent leather dress shoes for holidays, but sparkly silver buckle broke. They replaced it with similar buckle and had it ready in a few hours. Price was fair. Service was good. Pleasant experience & helpful to accommodate.

If you want to turn the clothes you buy and make it look #goog on you, then I #recommend you go try #HemOverHeels.
They have #friendly services in perfect #English, but they are able to welcome any #FrenchCanadian.
I am customer who is 100% #satisfied.
I have short arms, so the sleeves are always too long.
Now, it’s like it was made for me. Still a whole lot less expensive then actually getting a whole coat tailored for me.
Maybe you will pay a little more than some other places, but I love my Amazon/Chinese made clothes to look like it was made in the #US or #France!!
I’m worth it! And you should too.

And for what it’s worth, all of those who wonder how a business owner can possibly reply this way I ask you this.
Why not? I would do the same.
There are always two sides to a story, and most of us know that customers can be extremely demanding and unfair at times to businesses.
I would absolutely do the same.
I welcome in my home who I choose.
I would welcome in my business who I choose.
My standards, my decisions on how and where my ethics and standards goes are my own.
If I were to lose business over my own doing, it would be my decision.
