CLEAR EXPECTATIONS

The Right Item Makes the Difference

Not every item can be embroidered safely or cleanly. Before accepting the work, we consider the fabric, thickness, stretch, lining, seams, pockets, structure, and whether the intended area can be securely hooped or clamped.

Our single-head machine is best suited to personalized pieces and small quantities. We do not embroider the front crown of caps. Some cap backs or side areas—and select golf bags or structured items—may be possible after we examine their construction and available access.

EMBROIDERY OPTIONS

Personalized Embroidery in Small Quantities

From individual gifts to a small group of coordinated items, each project is reviewed for design, placement, material, and machine access before production begins.

Names & Monograms

Personalize suitable shirts, towels, robes, blankets, bags, and gifts with an individual name, initials, or monogram.

Towels, Robes & Gifts

Add a personal touch to suitable bath towels, robes, baby blankets, keepsakes, and other small-quantity gift items.

Shirts & Small Uniform Orders

Names or approved logos on suitable polos, work shirts, and uniforms when the quantity and garment construction fit our equipment.

Business Logos

Authorized company logos can be digitized and embroidered on suitable garments or items in small quantities.

Bags & Removable Panels

Select backpacks, duffel bags, golf bags, and removable panels may be embroidered when the intended area can be accessed securely.

Cap Backs & Side Areas

Some cap backs and side areas may be possible after inspection. Embroidery on the structured front crown is not available.

BEFORE WE ACCEPT THE WORK

Can This Item Be Embroidered?

Suitability depends on more than whether a needle can pass through the material. The intended area must be accessible, stable, and capable of being securely hooped or clamped without damaging the item or distorting the design.

Seams, linings, pockets, zippers, rigid panels, and narrow openings may prevent the machine from reaching the requested location. Bring the item to the shop so we can examine it. If our equipment cannot produce a clean and dependable result, we will decline the work.

Embroidery Is More Likely to Work When…

✓ The intended area can be securely hooped or clamped.

✓ The fabric can support the design’s size and stitch density.

✓ Seams, pockets, linings, and hardware do not block machine access.

✓ The placement fits within our available embroidery field.

✓ The design is original or properly authorized for reproduction.

CRAFTSMANSHIP ON SITE

From Digital Design to Finished Stitching

Embroidery is prepared and completed in our Boynton Beach shop. Names and monograms are arranged for the selected placement, while custom logos must first be digitized—converted into a stitch file that tells the machine how to build the design.

A clean result depends on careful placement, suitable stabilizer, the correct needle and thread, proper tension, secure hooping or clamping, and knowing how the material will respond as the design is stitched.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Most Embroidery Projects Take About One Week

The exact completion date depends on the design, stitch count, item construction, placement, quantity, digitizing requirements, and the shop’s current workload. We will provide a more specific timeframe after reviewing the project.

Bring the Item

Bring the item and the design, name, monogram, or authorized logo you want embroidered so we can evaluate placement and machine access.

Typical Timing

Most accepted embroidery projects are completed in about one week. More involved designs or multiple items may require additional time.

New Logo Setup

A new custom logo must be digitized before stitching. Design preparation, revisions, or approval may add time before production begins.

CLEAR PRICING BEFORE WORK BEGINS

Pricing Begins With a Project Review

Every embroidery project is different. Before quoting the work, we review the design, size, stitch count, number of colors, placement, item construction, quantity, and whether custom digitizing is required.

The price reflects design preparation, setup, stabilizer, thread, machine time, handling, and finishing—not simply the size of the finished embroidery. We explain the requirements and confirm the price before production begins.

What Can Affect the Price?

✓ The design’s size, detail, colors, and stitch count.

✓ Whether a new logo requires digitizing or revision.

✓ The item’s fabric, construction, and machine access.

✓ Placement, hooping or clamping, and stabilizer requirements.

✓ The quantity, setup, machine time, and finishing involved.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Embroidery FAQs

Helpful answers about quantities, suitable items, caps, bags, custom logos, and what to bring when you visit.

Can I bring an item purchased somewhere else?

Yes. You may bring your own item, and no appointment is needed for a standard drop-off. We must examine its fabric, construction, intended placement, and machine access before confirming that it can be embroidered.

Most accepted embroidery projects are completed in about one week. Custom digitizing, design revisions, more involved stitching, multiple items, or the shop’s current workload may require additional time.

No. Our single-head machine is intended for personalized pieces and small quantities rather than large production runs. We will confirm whether the requested quantity is appropriate after reviewing the project.

We do not embroider the structured front crown of caps. Some back or side areas may be possible using clamps, depending on the cap’s construction, placement, and available machine access.

Some can be embroidered, but not all. Removable panels and accessible areas are more likely to work. Rigid sections, linings, pockets, zippers, and narrow openings may prevent safe hooping or machine access.

No. Company logos, school marks, sports-team logos, and other protected designs require proper authorization. A new custom logo must also be digitized into a suitable embroidery file before it can be stitched.
