Walk In Anytime
For most everyday alterations, hems, repairs, and smaller orders, an appointment usually isn’t necessary. Stop by whenever it’s convenient and we’ll take care of you as soon as we can.
Best for: a few straightforward items, quick fittings, simple repairs, and customers who prefer flexibility.
Book Ahead
Choose an appointment when you want a reserved time, are bringing several items, or are planning a wedding gown fitting or another visit that may need a little more time.
Best for: wedding gowns, larger orders, more involved fittings, or anyone who simply prefers the convenience of a scheduled visit.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT
A Little Preparation Helps
Most fittings are simple, but bringing the right things with you can help us evaluate the fit accurately and avoid an unnecessary second visit.
You don’t need to bring anything special for every fitting. What matters depends on the garment and the adjustment being considered. If shoes, undergarments, or another piece of the outfit could affect the fit, bringing them with you helps us see everything as it will actually be worn.
What Should I Bring?
✓ The shoes you plan to wear when they affect the finished length of pants, dresses, or gowns.
✓ The undergarments or shapewear you expect to wear when they may affect the fit.
✓ Other pieces of the outfit when they need to fit or work together.
✓ Wedding gown accessories that affect the fitting, especially shoes and foundation garments.
✓ Your questions or concerns. Show us what isn't fitting or working the way you want—we'll evaluate the garment with you.
Ready When You Are
Walk in whenever it’s convenient, or reserve a time when you prefer to plan ahead. Either way, we’ll be ready to help when you arrive.
