Fantastic work, kindest most concerned people who do repairs on pocketbooks and the work makes them look brand new. These guys are amazing, with fixing my clothes, alterations and remaking styles, it's a pleasure to do business with them.

I am beyond delighted with the quality service and professionalism. I had several old shears including pinking shears revived from unusable to perfect overnight. Kitchen knives also transformed from barely usable to pristine. This place is a gem.

They do beautiful work here, the tailoring is professional. There is a quick turnover, and in no time my clothing is ready and looks great.
Unfortunately, the hemming just seems so expensive. I'm wearing casual sportswear and i'm spending almost the cost of the item to have it hemmed.

I had a stuck zipper on my suitcase. I called the shop and was told to bring in the luggage. The gentleman who helped me was thoughtful and considerate. He manipulated and fixed the zipper fairly quickly. When I asked him what I owe him he said - I did it real quick no charge. He not only fixed it but also brought the suitcase outside and put it into my car. This was greatly appreciated since I use a walker.
What a rare experience in these times/ He has a lot of services available from making keys to clothing alterations.
It is with great pleasure to write this review and strongly recommend this business.

Serendipitous new find for me.
I took in a Ralph Lauren purse of sentimental value, and they were able to replace the frayed tassel attachment by recreating a new one that looks original for a very good price and with a one-week TAT ( and it was red leather that matched perfectly).
The gentleman who sits at the counter and the young lady who waited on me were very pleasant. And the gentleman gave me excellent advice on how to care for my bag in the future. I will be recommending Hem Over Heels to my family and friends.
